Placing an Order

Ordering from Leymere is simple. Browse our collections, choose the finish or size you need, then add your item to your basket and complete checkout using your preferred payment method.

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an email confirmation. If you don't receive this within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

If you need any advice before ordering, our team is always happy to help.

If your order hasn't entered processing, we'll do our best to make any changes.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. Once an order has been prepared for dispatch, we may not be able to amend it.

Orders can usually be cancelled before they are dispatched.

If your order has already left our warehouse, you'll need to follow our Returns Policy instead. Some made-to-order or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

At the moment, all orders are placed securely through our website.

If you have questions before ordering or need help choosing the right product, we're more than happy to offer advice before you complete your purchase online.

We don't currently offer stock reservations.

Due to demand, availability can change quickly, so we recommend placing your order when you're ready to avoid disappointment.

After placing your order:

  • Our team will begin processing your order.
  • We'll prepare your items for dispatch.
  • You'll receive delivery updates where applicable.
  • Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product.

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page before purchase. Some items are stocked for immediate dispatch, while others may be made to order or supplied directly from one of our trusted manufacturers.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

We also offer free delivery on qualifying orders over £500. Any applicable delivery costs will always be shown before payment.

For many larger items, we'll work with you to arrange a suitable delivery date where possible.

If you have specific requirements, please get in touch with us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

If no one is available to receive your order, the courier may leave instructions to rearrange delivery or attempt delivery again.

Please follow any instructions left by the courier or contact us if you need assistance.

Large items such as vanity units, shower trays and furniture are delivered using specialist couriers.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and check the goods before signing whenever possible.

If you notice any visible damage, please let the driver know and contact us immediately.

Where tracking is available, we'll send you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If you haven't received tracking information or have any concerns, please contact our team and we'll be happy to help.

Order Issues

We're sorry your order hasn't arrived in perfect condition.

Please inspect your items as soon as possible after delivery and notify us within 48 hours if anything is damaged. Include photographs of the product and packaging where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels and may arrive separately.

If everything hasn't arrived after the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.

If you've received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent and advise you on returning the incorrect product where necessary.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with photographs and a description of the issue.

We'll assess the problem and work with the manufacturer to provide the most appropriate solution under the product warranty.

Replacement parts are available for the Leymere collection only.

Returns & Refunds

You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A restocking charge may apply to certain returns. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for complete details.

We'll explain the return process and provide the correct return instructions to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.

For some larger products, we may be able to arrange collection.

Collection availability depends on the product and your location. Please contact us to discuss the available options.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale.

We currently offer flexible payment options allowing you to spread the cost with Klarna and PayPal, subject to eligibility.
