Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Leymere. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return the item.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • In their original packaging

  • Complete with all supplied parts and accessories.

  • In a resaleable condition

Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

We reserve the right to reduce the value of any refund if returned goods show signs of use, installation, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, collection, repair, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Returned goods remain the customer's responsibility until they have been received and inspected by us.

Restocking Charges

Some products supplied by our distribution partners are subject to supplier restocking charges.

Where applicable, a restocking charge of up to 15% of the product value may be deducted from any refund for unwanted items.

Any applicable restocking charge will be confirmed before a refund is processed.

No restocking charges will apply to products that are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Made-to-order products

  • Special order products

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Installed products

  • Products that have been modified after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Products not returned in a resaleable condition.

  • Products returned outside the applicable returns period

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Where applicable, any supplier restocking charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that the goods have been returned.

Delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.
