Delivery Information

Leymere delivers throughout mainland United Kingdom.

Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered, supplier availability and delivery location.

Estimated delivery times are shown where available but should be considered guidance only.

Processing Orders

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once an order has been received and payment has been authorised, we will begin processing your order.

Orders may be dispatched directly from our suppliers to help ensure efficient delivery.

Delivery Times

Typical delivery times are:

  • Taps and accessories: 2–5 working days

  • Mirrors: 2–7 working days

  • Furniture and vanity units: 3–10 working days

  • Special order items: Delivery times vary and will be advised where applicable

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by supplier stock levels, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Any free delivery promotions apply only to eligible products and delivery locations.

Additional charges may apply for remote locations, offshore addresses or specialist delivery requirements.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the packaging appears damaged, we recommend noting this with the delivery driver where possible.

Any damaged, faulty or missing items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs where possible.

Furniture, Mirrors and Large Items

Large or fragile items such as furniture, mirrors and vanity units may require specialist handling.

Please ensure:

  • Adequate access is available for delivery

  • Someone is available to receive the goods where required

  • Products are inspected before installation

We strongly recommend checking all items upon arrival before arranging installation.

Leymere cannot accept responsibility for products that have been installed before being inspected.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, restricted access or missed delivery appointments, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delays

Whilst we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, Leymere cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier networks

  • Supplier stock shortages

  • Severe weather

  • Transport disruptions

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We will always aim to keep customers informed where significant delays occur.
